There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in West Hartford, despite its sometimes busy ambience. Green spaces, including Talcott Mountain State Park and Revolutionary War Camp Site, are very well-spread out and there are over 100 of them close by for residents to unwind in, which makes it easy to reach them. This part of the Greater Hartford metropolitan area is relatively quiet, as there are few pedestrians; however noise levels are higher closer to Yankee Expy or one of the railway lines.
